I have to reflect that in our 150 years, we’ve survived two world wars, and countless other challenges. But this is the moment of our generation for me to say thank you. We still can’t do any of it without you.

Our website and telephone lines 0345 304 5080 are still operating as usual but from home! And we are still providing our customers with prompt service and delivery from a safe environment.
PROTECTING STAFF AND MAKING DELIVERIES SAFER
All our admin and call center staff are working from home. Our small distribution team of 3 are taking the recommended government measures to ensure safety when packaging your orders. This means stringent cleaning, regular hand washing and each working in their own secure individual office/work space. Our team have reworked their rota to have the minimum amount of people required to provide adequate social distance and maximise personal safety.
At the moment all orders are being dispatched as fast as usual but these changes could possibly make delivery times longer during busy periods. We continue to send all our orders via Royal Mail who have their own procedures put in place to make sure the handling and delivery of your parcel in the safest possible way.
We have extended our returns period to 90 days from the day of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn unless faulty.
