Delivery & Returns

We will ship your goods as soon as they are ready, normally this will be within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. If you require items by a specific date please send us an email quoting your order number (which you will receive by email after you have placed your order) to customercare@shiptonia.co.uk and we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Some items (such as rings) that are required in specific sizes that may not be in stock, may have to be made specially these may take slightly may take longer to ship.

Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.

Every prestigious Shipton & Co piece purchased from this web site comes with our promise of satisfaction which means you can return any item to us if you're not entirely happy with your purchase.

Simply ring our helpful Support Team on 0121 262 6478 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) and we'll organise a full refund or replacement. We will ask you to return the item, unused and in its original Shipton's packaging within 7 working days to take advantage of this money back guarantee. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of goods whilst in possession. Part of that reasonable care is that when the item is returned it is properly insured.

Good returned are at the customers expense.

Any items which are lost or damaged during their return will not be credited. However, in the unlikely event that any jewellery is damaged on its way to you, we will exchange it at no extra cost with free delivery. Please let us know immediately of any such mishap.

Our products are guaranteed against faults in manufacture but not against misue. We suggest you insure your jewellery and, for its enduring safety, please remember to remove it when bathing, swimming or undertaking manual or domestic work.
