Delivery

We will ship your goods as soon as they are ready, normally this will be within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. If you require items by a specific date please send us an email quoting your order number (which you will receive by email after you have placed your order) to customercare@shiptonia.co.uk and we will contact you to agree a delivery date.

Some items (such as rings) that are required in specific sizes that may not be in stock, may have to be made specially and may take longer to ship.

Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
